Yesterday, like usual at Wednesday. We went with my husband this time. Because he is on vacation and he interest to meet other children and their moms :D

I took this photo when Jason play serious with car. At home, we don't have many cars for him yet. I plan to buy car for him as Christmas present :) I still have enough time ^__^ before Christmas.

Around 11 am we went back home. But before that we gave birds and ducks bread ;)

This photo was taken when we just arrived there. You can see, those birds stand at the ice water ^.^ It is getting cold in here :(

There were so many birds and ducks. Jason liked to see all of them ;)

In the evening, I tried to cook Macaroni in the oven. This was my first time ;) I am not expert with cooking and baking. I learn how to cook only 3 years and 3 months ago, when i moved here for the first time. Before that, i never cook. I always eat what my mother cooked for me ha ha ha...

Please don't laugh !! :D maybe it is not nice to see. BUT, when i taste it, wow.... i am so proud of myself ho ho ho... because it is delicious ^_____^ Not bad, for the first time cook macaroni :D
Next time must be better in look hehehe.... Oh, and my next cook. I want to try make Lasagna ;)

GREAT pics, Jul! My fave is the one with Jason HE HE HE...SO SERIOUS indeed when playing with the car ha ha ha...

And don't worry about the macaroni. The only thing that matters for beginners is the TASTE. Then after we get more used to cooking, we'll develop the "look" he he he he...

Usually when I cook something, it doesn't look too nice, but at least I know the taste is delicious HA HA HA HA...

So BRAVO for you, Jul!!! I've tried making lasagna a few times already and I LOVE lasagna!!! ;-D

Jason is such a darling!

The macaroni looked like good hearty food. There's no point in food looking nice if it tastes like crap and doesn't fill you up!

Do you think the ducks are cold? xx

Hi Amel,

My hubby also always to say that it doesnt matter with the "look" as long as it is delicious he he he

Is it difficult make lasagna, Amel??

Juliana RW December 20, 2007 at 5:44 PM

Hi Elise, Thanks. You and Amel were right also. The important things is delicious not the "look" ho ho ho... Next time must be better ;)

No, making lasagna is only need to cook the mince meat with the tomato sauce and the spices and onions...and then put them in layers:

First layer: lasagna...then spread some mince meat...then add some cheese...then lasagna again...spread some mince meat...then add some you make layers of lasagna/mince meat/cheese...last layer: mince meat and cheese (the lasagna has to be covered by mince meat before you bake it in the oven) he he he...

I'm going to make lasagna on Saturday, but I'm going to add spinach on my lasagna...spinach lasagna. YUMMY!!! But I have to boil the spinach with a bit of salt so that the spinach will be a bit salty and not bland he he he...

I like baking cookies better than cooking. But since my husband really like to eat Indonesian food, I learn about cooking Indonesian food four years ago. And I think not bad at all after all this years :)
