Christmas Tradition in the Netherlands

To answer Tammy question about Christmas tradition in the Netherlands :)

In Netherlands, we celebrate at 5 Dec as Saint. Nicolas day. Children get present from their parents/grandparents. Parents and grandparents can choose which day, they will give the Christmas present for their children and grandchildren. Is it at Christmas day or Saint. Nicolas day.

For rich people, they can do both, so their children get 2 times present ha....ha...

We put our Christmas tree after this Saint. Nicolas day.

This year, we will eat dinner at my husband Opa’s house on 25 December. Great grandfather for Jason, my son.

When it is time to go there, i will make photos and share in here :)
